OUR STORY



Inspired by Salt Lake City's elevation of 4,300 feet, we crafted our name as a tribute to the heights we strive for in every loaf, pastry, pasta dish, and cup of coffee. Additionally, our logo, a clever blend of "F" and "3" forms the shape of Utah, symbolizing our connection to this place we call home.


What began as a simple dream has grown into a bustling bakery and restaurant where farm-to-table ingredients meet elevated techniques, and community is always at the heart of what we do. From early morning tea and croissants to lavish weekend brunch experiences, we do believe that good food brings people together- and that's the legacy we hope to build, one batch at a time.



Forty Three Bakery is more than just a place to grab a coffee and a pastry. It's a love letter to Salt Lake, written fresh each day.
